I, the above-referenced customer (“Customer”), understand and consent to the collection, usage, storage, processing, sharing and monitoring of data generated by or related to my scooter under the Assured Buy-Back Scheme (“Data”) to Trusterra Technologies Private Limited (“Service Provider”).

By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Consent Form and authorize the sharing of the Data for the purposes of completing the sale transaction of my used vehicle.

This includes using my personal and vehicle information to communicate with me, evaluate the vehicle’s condition and value, share my Data with third-party entities/partners, and process all legal and financial documentation required to finalise ownership transfer.

The Data includes but is not limited to:

• Customer personal information
• Vehicle details (VIN, make, model, year, mileage, condition)
• Transfer paperwork and documentation
• Vehicle history and service records
• Financial transaction details
• Warranties or guarantees
• Insurance information (where applicable)
• Pricing details
• Any other relevant scheme-related information

Data may be shared with:

• Authorized representatives of the Service Provider
• Third-party service providers or partners
• Government agencies
• Insurance companies
• Financial institutions
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies
• Legal representatives in case of disputes

I acknowledge that this data will be securely stored and retained for a period permitted by law and for legitimate business purposes related to the vehicle sale.
